Nacero Receives Air Quality Permit for Initial Manufacturing Site in Penwell, TX

Nacero Inc. (Nacero) is pleased to announce that the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has issued an Air Quality Permit authorizing the construction and operation of the company’s first low and net-zero carbon footprint gasoline manufacturing plant in Penwell, Texas, eight miles from Odessa, Texas.
